Infusioner og infusionshastigheder

Et barn ordineres i.v. infusion med Piperacillin/Tazobactam 3500 mg piperacillin/437,5 mg tazobactam hver 8. time.

Piperazillin/Tazobactam fås som tørstof i hætteglas, der indeholder 2 g piperacillin/0,25 g tazobactam. Indholdet af et hætteglas skal opløses i 10 ml sterilt vand.

For at lave infusionsopløsningen tager du indholdet af to hætteglas og fortynder med en isotonisk glukoseopløsning til et samlet volumen på 200 ml.
